Browse our carefully curated collection of wedding venues and book a tour at any location that speaks to your heart. (This is the fun part – we promise!)
Step 2: Tour & Capture
During your wedding venue tour, take a photo or video of yourself at the location. Whether it's a candid moment, a sweeping view, or a posed shot, capture the feeling of being there.
Step 3: Post & Tag
Share your photo or video on Instagram and tag both @herecomestheguide AND the venue's Instagram handle. Tell your story – what did you love? What surprised you? Is this venue “the one”?
Step 4: Bonus Round (Optional)
Want 5 extra entries? Simply add @herecomestheguide as a collaborator on your Instagram post. That's it – you now have 6 total chances to win $500 from that single wedding venue tour!

Q: Can I really enter multiple times each month?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to tour as many wedding venues as speak to your heart. Each tour gives you a fresh chance to win, and more importantly, gets you closer to finding "the one."
Q: Can I use photos from wedding venue tours I've already posted on Instagram as contest entries?
A: No, you cannot reuse existing Instagram posts as contest entries. To be eligible for the "Tour & Tag to Win" contest, you must create a new Instagram in-feed post during your wedding venue tour that shows you physically present at the venue. The post must tag @herecomestheguide and the venue on Instagram, and serve as fresh social proof of your recent tour. Previous posts, even if they're from the same venue, do not qualify as valid entries.
Q: What if the wedding venue doesn't have Instagram?
A: No worries at all! Just tag @herecomestheguide on Instagram and mention the venue's name in your caption. We'll still count your entry and celebrate your wedding venue journey.
Q: Do I need to book my wedding there to enter?
A: Not at all! This contest is about the experience of touring and sharing that authentic moment. Whether you book there or keep searching, your entry absolutely counts.
Q: My Instagram is private – can I still participate?
A: Of course! Private accounts make verification a bit trickier for us, but we'll work with you. Public accounts just help us spot and celebrate your posts more easily.
Q: Can I share multiple photos from the same wedding venue tour?
A: Share away! However, you'll get one entry per venue tour regardless of how many photos you post. But we love seeing your perspective and experiences!
