Rental Fee
  • $6,000–8,000/event
  • Rental fee varies depending on:
    • Day of week

  • The rental fee includes:

    • Full-day exclusive access to the venue and property
    • Two on-site dressing suites
    • Tables & chairs for the ceremony and reception
    • Specialty lighting and house sound system
    • House linens, napkins, pipe & drape, china, flatware, and glassware
    • Setup and teardown of in-house items

    Friday & Sunday | 10am–10pm | $6,000
    Saturday & Holidays | 9am–11pm | $8,000

Food & Beverage Minimum

  • There is a catering minimum of $3,000.

    Hosted bar packages are additional and range $28–48/person for 5-hour service (shorter time frames, consumption bar, and cash bar also available). 

Additional Info

  • Service charges cover all required staffing and labor, and range from 22–30% depending on the service needed for your event.
