Victoria works like she owns the company—because, plot twist: she does! And she is Core Value #12 in full action. She doesn't just sit on the sidelines; she dives in headfirst, sparks momentum, and gets everyone excited to follow. Not only does she motivate our team but she's also a powerhouse for her clients, anticipating their needs with smart, thoughtful solutions and equal parts heart and hustle. With a presence of pure sunshine she exudes warmth, laughter, and just the right amount of sass to brighten any room. Victoria has a wit that's sharp, timing that's perfect, and a spirit that lifts everyone around her without trying. We're beyond lucky to call this embodiment of our values one of our own. #hoppy4life
Insider Info
Pronouns: She / Her / Hers
Domestic status: Married to my best friend! We met on Tinder in 2017, which isn’t all that romantic. But when actual fireworks unexpectedly started going off during our first kiss, we knew we were onto something special!
My favorite things: A fresh manicure, kittens, red lipstick paired with winged eyeliner, The Pittsburgh Steelers, hoop earrings, low-maintenance houseplants, Paper Mate Flair pens, RuPaul’s Drag Race, cold pizza, decorating for the holidays, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and our local farmers market.
Source of inspiration: Music is a huge inspiration to me. I grew up in a family full of musicians, and have been singing since before I could speak. I joined the school chorus in 3rd grade and sang in choirs and ensembles through college. With these groups, I was able to travel the country and was honored to perform at the Inauguration of President Obama in 2013!
Favorite wedding-related movie: I’m pretty sure My Big Fat Greek Wedding is a masterpiece!
Childhood career choice: I always wanted to be the voice of a Disney Princess or play one on Broadway! To this day, it doesn’t take much to convince me to belt “Part of Your World” or “Colors of the Wind” with full conviction.
Your most perfect Sunday: It’s late October. There’s a pot of chili on the stove, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are playing an afternoon game. They beat the Ravens 35 to 3, and then my husband, my pupper, and I go for a walk in the crisp fall air and watch the colorful leaves fall before coming home and carving a pumpkin.
Fictional character she most identifies with: Leslie Knope, Liz Lemon, Lorelai Gilmore, Jo March, Junie B. Jones…are you seeing the headstrong pattern here?
Best advice to couples: Make sure to set aside time to stop and take it all in, because the day will fly by if you let it. Try to create moments to truly be with your friends, family, and fiancé. They all helped get you to this day, and it will mean the most to intentionally share it with them!
What I like most about my job: I love being able to work alongside confident, determined, resilient women every day! I take so much inspiration from them, and I know there is always someone available for experienced insight, a belly laugh, or a heartfelt chat. I believe so strongly in the power of women coming together to lift each other up, and that is modeled daily at HCTG!
