The rental fee includes:
- 10-hour use of the property, including a barn, bar, porches, changing suites, and ceremony site

- Officiant with personalized ceremony script and license filing
- Day-of coordination
- Lounge area furnishings, directional signs, rugs, and access to the extensive décor collection
- Fire pits, tiki torches, Bluetooth sound system, and lawn games

Ceremony-only pricing ranges $3,000–6,000 for up to 50 guests.
