• The rental fee includes:

  • 5-hour event time with exclusive use of the Ivy Ballroom, Ivy Courtyard, and riverfront patio
  • A ceremony in your venue of choice set with a triangular wedding arbor, white metal chairs, and a sound system
  • Tables, event chairs, choice of black, white, or ivory linens, napkins and overlays in choice of colors, all necessary wait & bar staff, event setup & teardown
  • World-class audio and lighting system, custom uplighting, a lighting designer and AV specialist, a 4k projector and screen, and a microphone for toasts
  • Wedding specialist to assist with day-of logistics, scheduling, and menu planning
  • Complimentary planning stay, including a 2-hour planning session, an overnight in a riverfront king, and a $200 gift certificate to Wesley & Rose
  • 2-night stay in a luxurious suite for the newlyweds and discounted room blocks (guest room costs are not included in rental fees)

  The Surf Chateau, the hotel's sister property, can accommodate 150 guests seated during the ceremony, and requires a 2-night inclusive rental of all 20 Surf Chateau guest rooms. Inquire for pricing!

• Full hotel buyouts include an outdoor ceremony, Ivy Ballroom reception, and exclusive use of the on-site restaurant, Wesley & Rose, for pre- and post-wedding events. It also includes private access to the on-site hot pool and indoor/outdoor fireplace lounge throughout the stay.
