What pushes my panic button: Not updat­ing my cal­en­dar imme­di­ate­ly after a plan is made. Every appoint­ment, kids’ activ­i­ty, work­out, or lunch date with a friend goes in there. If it’s not on the cal­en­dar, it’s not hap­pen­ing. I absolute­ly can­not func­tion with­out it!

Mother to: 3 amaz­ing girls! I love being a girl mom — each of them is wild­ly unique: intel­li­gent and curi­ous, sweet and sen­si­tive, fear­less and full of heart. Our house is full of dance par­ties, skin­care rou­tines, big feel­ings, and fierce love. Being their mom is the great­est hon­or and biggest blessing!

What makes my heart happy: Watch­ing my girls com­pete (I have a cheer­leader and a gym­nast), dogs (espe­cial­ly my Gold­en Retriev­er, Jasper), walks with my bestie, trav­el­ing any­where and every­where, bel­ly laughs and great con­ver­sa­tions with girl­friends, swim­ming, read­ing, and every­thing Christmas!

Source of inspiration: My par­ents, who are the hard­est-work­ing, most gen­er­ous peo­ple I know. My grand­moth­er, who made every­one she knew feel spe­cial, and so loved.

What I love most about my job: I work along­side some of the most bril­liant, kind, and sup­port­ive women — in a cul­ture where fear­less authen­tic­i­ty isn’t just encour­aged, it’s a core val­ue! I am chal­lenged every day, have FUN doing it, and meet the BEST peo­ple, with the work/​life bal­ance that allows me to be ful­ly present for my kids! Pinch me — am I dreaming?
