Rental Fee

• The rental fee includes:

  • Access to the Second Floor Barn event space, Orchard, gardens, and fields
  • Use of both barns' newly remodeled event spaces that are heated, air-conditioned, and insulated
  • 3-night stay in the Farmhouse (4-bed, 2-baths, pet-friendly!)
  • Caterer's kitchen and outdoor kitchen
  • Tables, chairs, and place settings
  • Concert sound system
  • Local transport to the many nearby inns, hotels, and Airbnbs can be arranged, as well as transport from NYC and other locations

  If you choose to work with the in-house planner, the fee ranges $13,200–30,000.

  If you choose to DIY, the fee ranges $10,200–25,000.

Meals (when priced separately)

• Catering is flexible—you're welcome to bring your own and use the venue's two catering kitchens, or choose from excellent local options, including Eighty Main and Strickland Farm. Meal pricing is to be determined by the client and caterer, and typically ranges $95–150 per person.

  Beverage packages are customizable, based on preference and budget.

Additional Info

• Add-on options like tenting, an outdoor dance floor, massage, transport, live music or DJ, orchard-to-table cider-making and cooking classes are available to book separately. The venue owner is happy to share vendor recommendations or you may arrange them yourself.
