Wedding pricing is comprised of a rental fee and a lodging fee.
The rental fee is $15,000 off-season (November & December) and ranges $25,000–40,000 in-season (May–October). It includes:
- Exclusive use of the entire 15-acre estate noon Friday to noon Sunday
- Seasonal sailcloth tent with stone floor, sidewalls, and lighting
- 15 flexible indoor & outdoor venues for all your weekend events
- Automatic generators, catering spaces, and catering service tent
- Event parking for guests
- Comprehensive rental inventory to minimize rentals
- Farm tables, Adirondack, cross-back, and club chairs, farm tables, and bars
- Private beaches, decks & terraces with fire pits and lounge furniture, lawn games, swimming float, bicycles, and more!
- Pet-and family-friendly!
Three guest houses can accommodate up to 45–60 overnight guests. All 26 suites must be reserved for weekend weddings, with a fee that ranges $250-$500/suite per night. A 2-night minimum is required for weekend weddings.
